But if I click "capture", after I can see the file! And the film it's terrible. We can see two half frames!!

The option to choose video input source Ie composite or a-video is blanked out so keeps going to my laptop camera and not recorded from the usb source

I must have updated my 2.0 honestech VSH to DVD and now it will not accept any transfers from cassette videos to my computer. The option button only has 2.0 and not 3.0 -what do I do?
